حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ: كُنَّا عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو فَذَكَرْنَا حَدِيثًا، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ ذَاكَ الرَّجُلَ لَا أَزَالُ أُحِبُّهُ بَعْدَ شَيْءٍ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُهُ، سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: اقْرَءُوا الْقُرْآنَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ نَفَرٍ: مِنِ ابْنِ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ - فَبَدَأَ بِهِ - وَمِنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، وَمِنْ سَالِمٍ، مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ، وَمِنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ وَحَرْفٌ لَمْ يَذْكُرْهُ زُهَيْرٌ، قَوْلُهُ: يَقُولُهُ.
