حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ: ذَكَرُوا ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، فَقَالَ: ذَاكَ رَجُلٌ لَا أَزَالُ أُحِبُّهُ، بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: اسْتَقْرِئُوا الْقُرْآنَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ: مِنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، وَسَالِمٍ، مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ، وَأُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، وَمُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ.
