حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ وَإِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَاللَّفْظُ لِابْنِ حُجْرٍ قَالَ إِسْحَقُ أَخْبَرَنَا و قَالَ ابْنُ حُجْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ قَالَ اجْتَمَعَ حُذَيْفَةُ وَأَبُو مَسْعُودٍ فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ لَأَنَا بِمَا مَعَ الدَّجَّالِ أَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ إِنَّ مَعَهُ نَهْرًا مِنْ مَاءٍ وَنَهْرًا مِنْ نَارٍ فَأَمَّا الَّذِي تَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُ نَارٌ مَاءٌ وَأَمَّا الَّذِي تَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُ مَاءٌ نَارٌ فَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ ذَلِكَ مِنْكُمْ فَأَرَادَ الْمَاءَ فَلْيَشْرَبْ مِنْ الَّذِي يَرَاهُ أَنَّهُ نَارٌ فَإِنَّهُ سَيَجِدُهُ مَاءً قَالَ أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ هَكَذَا سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ.
