أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمَعْنِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، وَحَبِيبٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ الصَّعْبَ بْنَ جَثَّامَةَ أَهْدَى لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِمَارًا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ .
