أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ وَعَلَيْهِ الْمِغْفَرُ، فَقِيلَ: ابْنُ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ، فَقَالَ: اقْتُلُوهُ .
