أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: لَيْسَ لِلْوَلِيِّ مَعَ الثَّيِّبِ أَمْرٌ، وَالْيَتِيمَةُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ، فَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا .
