أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ الْتَمَسْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَدْخَلْتُ يَدِي فِي شَعْرِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَدْ جَاءَكِ شَيْطَانُكِ . فَقُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ أَمَا لَكَ شَيْطَانٌ ؟ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بَلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ،‏‏‏‏ فَأَسْلَمَ .

"I looked for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and I put my hand on his hair." He said: "Your Shaitan has come to you." I said: "Don't you have a Shaitan?" He said: "Yes, but Allah helped me with him, so he submitted."
