أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ: أَنَّ أَبَا عَمْرِو بْنَ حَفْصٍ الْمَخْزُومِيَّ طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَانْطَلَقَ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ أَبَا عَمْرِو بْنَ حَفْصٍ طَلَّقَ فَاطِمَةَ ثَلَاثًا، فَهَلْ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَيْسَ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ، وَلَا سُكْنَى .
