أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُعَتِّبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا حَسَنٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي نَوْفَلٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ أَنَا وَامْرَأَتِي مَمْلُوكَيْنِ، فَطَلَّقْتُهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ أُعْتِقْنَا جَمِيعًا، فَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ رَاجَعْتَهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَكَ عَلَى وَاحِدَةٍ، قَضَى بِذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، خَالَفَهُ مَعْمَرٌ.
