أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَخْنَسِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ جَدِّهِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا نَذْرَ وَلَا يَمِينَ فِيمَا لَا تَمْلِكُ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ .
