أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْقَاسِمَ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ، فَقَالَ: قَالَرَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ . وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَى سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ فِيهِ.
