أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَجَابِرٍ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ، وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ . رَوَاهُ أَبُو النَّجَاشِيِّ عَطَاءُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ، وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ.
