أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُؤَمَّلُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ .
