أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ لَا بَيْعَ بَيْنَهُمَا حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا،‏‏‏‏ إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ .
