أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهِدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ .
