أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُمَيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَسْتَعِيذُ مِنْ سُوءِ الْقَضَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَشَمَاتَةِ الْأَعْدَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَجَهْدِ الْبَلَاءِ .

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that : The Prophet [SAW] used to seek refuge from being destined to an evil end, from his enemies rejoicing in his misfortune, from being overtaken by destruction and from the difficult moment of a calamity.
