أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ وَاصِلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا نَسِيتَ الصَّلَاةَ فَصَلِّ إِذَا ذَكَرْتَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ وَأَقِمِ الصَّلاةَ لِذِكْرِي[ سورة طه آية 14] . قَالَ عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ يَعْلَى مُخْتَصَرًا.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If you forget a prayer, pray it when you remember it, for Allah says: and perform the Salah for My remembrance. [1] Abdul-Ali says: Ya'la narrated this hadith to us briefly. [1] Ta-Ha 20:14.
