حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَيْسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏هَلْ عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيْهِ عَضُوُ صَيْدٍ فَلَمْ يَقْبَلْهُ ؟ وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّا حُرُمٌ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَعَمْ.

Zaid bin ‘Arqam رضی اللہ عنہ do you know that the limb of a game was presented to the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم but he did not accept it. He said “We are wearing ihram”. He replied, Yes.
