حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَابُوسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ جِزْيَةٌ .

The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Jizyah is not to be levied on a Muslim.
