حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: الْعُمْرَى أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ: هُوَ لَكَ مَا عِشْتَ، فَإِذَا قَالَ ذَلِكَ: فَهُوَ لَهُ وَلِوَرَثَتِهِ، وَالرُّقْبَى هُوَ أَنْ يَقُولَ: الْإِنْسَانُ هُوَ لِلْآخِرِ مِنِّي وَمِنْكَ .
