حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: عَلَى الْيَدِ مَا أَخَذَتْ حَتَّى تُؤَدِّيَ، ثُمَّ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَ نَسِيَ، فَقَالَ هُوَ: أَمِينُكَ لَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِ .
