حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا دُفِعَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَقْتُولِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنْ شَاءُوا قَتَلُوهُ وَإِنْ شَاءُوا أَخَذُوا الدِّيَةَ .
