حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْسَبُهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا أُعْفِيَ مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ .
