حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَسَنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ فَقَاتَلَ فَقُتِلَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ .

The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: If the property of anyone is designed to be taken away without any right and he fights and is killed, he is a martyr.
