حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو النَّحْوِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: فِي دِيَةِ الْأَصَابِعِ، الْيَدَيْنِ وَالرِّجْلَيْنِ سَوَاءٌ، عَشْرٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ لِكُلِّ أُصْبُعٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: وَفِي الْبَاب، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ، وَالشَّافِعِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ، وَإِسْحَاق.
