حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنِ انْتَهَبَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَنَسٍ.

Narrated Anas: That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever plunders then he is not of us. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib as a Hadith of Anas.
