حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا عَادَ مَرِيضًا قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبْ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاشْفِ فَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ.

Ali narrated, saying: “Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) would visit an ill person, he would said:‘[O Allah,] make the harm go away, Lord of mankind, and heal him, You are the Healer, there is no healing except your healing, a healing that does not leave any sickness ([Allāhumma] adh-hibil-ba’sa rabban-nās, washfi antash-shāfi, lā shifā’a illā shifā’uka shifā’an lā yughādiru saqama).’”
