حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَجَدَهُمَا بَعْدَ السَّلَامِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ أَيُّوبُ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، قَالُوا: إِذَا صَلَّى الرَّجُلُ الظُّهْرَ خَمْسًا فَصَلَاتُهُ جَائِزَةٌ، وَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجْلِسْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشافعي، وَأَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق، وقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: إِذَا صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ خَمْسًا وَلَمْ يَقْعُدْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ مِقْدَارَ التَّشَهُّدِ فَسَدَتْ صَلَاتُهُ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ: سفيان الثوري وَبَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ.
