حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ . قال: وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، وَعَائِشَةَ، وَجَابِرٍ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ هُوَ ابْنُ جَزْءٍ الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، وَمُعَيْقِيبٍ، وَخَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، وَشُرَحْبِيلَ ابْنِ حَسَنَةَ، وَعَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، وَيَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ. قال أبو عيسى: حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ وَبُطُونِ الْأَقْدَامِ مِنَ النَّارِ . قَالَ: وَفِقْهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ الْمَسْحُ عَلَى الْقَدَمَيْنِ، إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْهِمَا خُفَّانِ أَوْ جَوْرَبَانِ.
