حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ مِشْرَحِ بْنِ هَاعَانَ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فُضِّلَتْ سُورَةُ الْحَجِّ بِأَنَّ فِيهَا سَجْدَتَيْنِ، قَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْجُدْهُمَا فَلَا يَقْرَأْهُمَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ لَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِذَاكَ الْقَوِيِّ وَاخْتَلَفَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي هَذَا، فَرُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، وَابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا: فُضِّلَتْ سُورَةُ الْحَجِّ بِأَنَّ فِيهَا سَجْدَتَيْنِ، وَبِهِ يَقُولُ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، وَالشَّافِعِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ، وَإِسْحَاق، وَرَأَى بَعْضُهُمْ فِيهَا سَجْدَةً، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَمَالِكٍ وَأَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ.
