حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَاجِبٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي غِفَارٍ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ فَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ . قال: وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَرْجِسَ. قال أبو عيسى: وَكَرِهَ بَعْضُ الْفُقَهَاءِ الْوُضُوءَ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق: كَرِهَا فَضْلَ طَهُورِهَا وَلَمْ يَرَيَا بِفَضْلِ سُؤْرِهَا بَأْسًا.
