حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَمَلَ مِنْ الْحَجَرِ إِلَى الْحَجَرِ ثَلَاثًا وَمَشَى أَرْبَعًا . قَالَ: وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: إِذَا تَرَكَ الرَّمَلَ عَمْدًا فَقَدْ أَسَاءَ وَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِذَا لَمْ يَرْمُلْ فِي الْأَشْوَاطِ الثَّلَاثَةِ لَمْ يَرْمُلْ فِيمَا بَقِيَ، وقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ: لَيْسَ عَلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ رَمَلٌ وَلَا عَلَى مَنْ أَحْرَمَ مِنْهَا.
