حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: ذَكَرْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَيٍّ حَاضَتْ فِي أَيَّامِ مِنًى، فَقَالَ: أَحَابِسَتُنَا هِيَ ؟ قَالُوا: إِنَّهَا قَدْ أَفَاضَتْ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: فَلَا إِذًا . قَالَ: وَفِي الْبَاب، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا طَافَتْ طَوَافَ الزِّيَارَةِ ثُمَّ حَاضَتْ فَإِنَّهَا تَنْفِرُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْءٌ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ: الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَأَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق
