حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَرَنَ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ فَطَافَ لَهُمَا طَوَافًا وَاحِدًا . قَالَ: وَفِي الْبَاب، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَغَيْرِهِمْ، قَالُوا: الْقَارِنُ يَطُوفُ طَوَافًا وَاحِدًا، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ: الشَّافِعِيِّ، وَأَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق، وقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ: يَطُوفُ طَوَافَيْنِ وَيَسْعَى سَعْيَيْنِ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ: الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَأَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ.
