حدیث نمبر: 958 حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: يَوْمُ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ، وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ الْأَوَّلِ، وَرِوَايَةُ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ مَوْقُوفًا، أَصَحُّ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق مَرْفُوعًا، هَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنَ الْحُفَّاظِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مَوْقُوفًا، وَقَدْ رَوَى شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، قَالَ: عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مَوْقُوفًا.
