حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الشِّغَارِ، وَالشِّغَارُ أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ زَوِّجْنِي ابْنَتَكَ، أَوْ زوجني أُخْتَكَ عَلَى أَنْ أُزَوِّجَكَ ابْنَتِي، أَوْ أُخْتِي، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا صَدَاقٌ .
