حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَمَاتَ عَنْهَا، وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، وَلَمْ يَفْرِضْ لَهَا؟، قَالَ: فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ، وَلَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ، وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ، فَقَالَ مَعْقِلُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ: شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى فِي بِرْوَعَ بِنْتِ وَاشِقٍ بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ .
