Abu Dawud

وعنه وعن أبي سعيد رضي الله عنهما، قالا‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏إذا أيقظ الرجل أهله من الليل فصليا أو صلى ركعتين جميعًا كتب في الذاكرين والذاكرات‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When a man awakens his wife during the night and they both perform two Rak'ah Salat together, they are recorded among the men and women who celebrate remembrance of Allah." [Abu Dawud].
