أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَا يَحِلُّ فِي الْبُرِّ وَالتَّمْرِ زَكَاةٌ، حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ فِي الْوَرِقِ زَكَاةٌ، حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوَاقٍ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ فِي إِبِلٍ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسَ ذَوْدٍ .
