أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَكَاةَ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ صَغِيرٍ، وَكَبِيرٍ حُرٍّ، وَعَبْدٍ ذَكَرٍ، وَأُنْثَى، صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ .
