باب النهي عن التكلف وهو فعل وقول ما لا مصلحة فيه بمشقة 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) said: We have been forbidden to go into excess. [Al-Bukhari]. وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال : "نهينا عن التكلف". ((رواه البخاري)).
