باب تغليظ تحريم إباق العبد من سيده Jarir bin Abdullah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If a slave runs away from his master, his responsibility to him is absolved." [Muslim]. عن جرير بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "أيما عبد أبق، فقد برئت منه الذمة " ((رواه مسلم))
