أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَالِكٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ جُرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ .

The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: The injuries caused by the best are without liability, and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz.
