أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنْبَأَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهِشَامٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ .

The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: The injuries caused by the well are without liability, [1] and beasts are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz.
